Amazing Stay
convenient access breakfast buffet
The location offered convenient access. Staff members are cute. The breakfast buffet included a wide range of choices and was a highlight, it provides good value. The room was adequately furnished and clean.
I experienced issues with the temperature regulation in the shower. It was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature.

lovely hotel stay!
free minibar comfortable bed respectful staff
i found the complimentary minibar a lovely touch. the location allowed easy walks to the botanic gardens, really convenient for sightseeing and i slept soundly on a comfortable bed. the staff was courteous too!
the room cleaning sometimes happened late, only around 4pm most days which was not ideal, i would like the cleaning to be a bit earlier

The hotel has a pool that is open to guests and has scheduled hours for use. It seemed very well kept and offered a nice area to relax. there is a fitness center with treadmills and various exercise machines.

the breakfast buffet included a selection of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes plus, the on-site restaurant offered a varied menu with both local and international cuisine. i noticed a candy bar with a wide assortment of sweets, so that was pretty nice.

fabulous fitout beautiful artwork friendly staff
The architectural fitout was fabulous!!! the artwork throughout the hotel was beautiful. the bed was comfy. i appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful.
the bar closed early each night, so i needed to find alternatives.

Acceptable Location. Disappointing Room Upkeep
dusty room disruptive noise
The building is in a convenient location, easily accessible for walking.
My room felt quite dusty and in need of a deep clean upon arrival. I also found the noise from a wedding in the bar disruptive one night. The bar was booked for a party, so it was difficult to get a drink, a real issue given it was the most expensive night of my stay.

a nice bayside escape
superb location spacious room fabulous bathroom
the location was superb, near dining options and with calming water views. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was fabulous, and the entire space added to a restful night before our departure.
during our stay, the gym access required some clarification, and there was no clear signage to direct us on where to find it within the building. this caused a minor inconvenience as we had to ask for directions from the staff, which could easily be solved with better signage.

the staff was genuinely helpful, particularly at reception. they addressed inquiries promptly and were efficient. their positive attitude.
