The architectural fitout was fabulous!!! the artwork throughout the hotel was beautiful. the bed was comfy. i appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful.

The building is in a convenient location, easily accessible for walking.

My room felt quite dusty and in need of a deep clean upon arrival. I also found the noise from a wedding in the bar disruptive one night. The bar was booked for a party, so it was difficult to get a drink, a real issue given it was the most expensive night of my stay.

the location was superb, near dining options and with calming water views. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was fabulous, and the entire space added to a restful night before our departure.

during our stay, the gym access required some clarification, and there was no clear signage to direct us on where to find it within the building. this caused a minor inconvenience as we had to ask for directions from the staff, which could easily be solved with better signage.
